Tonight I had such a great experience at Popeyes! There were only two team members working — Linda and Cedric — and despite being short-staffed, they delivered some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Linda went above and beyond to make sure my food was fresh and hot, all while keeping a genuine smile and an amazing sense of humor. She was so pleasantly refreshing and truly a joy to encounter. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Cedric worked seamlessly alongside her, moving quickly and efficiently to keep the dining room flowing. The teamwork between the two of them was impressive and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Great service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Linda and Cedric, for turning a simple dinner run into such a positive experience!

The service was great. Let me know my online orders wasn’t possible this late in the night. They worked to satisfy my order even though the drive thru was hectic. They all had great team work. Haven’t tried the food yet but it’s hot.

This is the best Popeyes in the peninsula thanks to the wonderful staff. The young lady who worked by herself one weekend is fantastic and my 16 piece family meal is always fresh. Much love to the Staff they deserve recognition.........Dec 30 6:30pm normally there customer service is on point, but the last two times I came it seems the mood has changed and the two cashiers aren't taking enough pride in their customer service. This team is not the same group of people who I gave compliments months ago they could do better. The young lady who gave me my order was coughing but didn't wash her hands, that's cross contamination and can get people sick . I'm disappointed in the service and they could do so much better.

First time at Popeyes I loved everything The second time was a Friday night and the service was poor. No jelly or honey no silverware but food was good maybe the truck didn't show up

When I tell y'all I waiting in line for an hour for this bad boy I'm serious. The line was so long, but the wait for it was everything.. The female employee was super sweet and nice considering it was a lot of people. I applaud her but this sandwich from this establishment was so good I literally wanted another one instantly after I was done

Standing in line for 5 minutes. I was the only one in line. Service attendant was taking her time getting orders ready. I might as well been a ghost. I just left the line and went to use the bathroom. The bathroom was straight up nasty. Displeased with the service and left the building. This was Tuesday December 9th around 1:30 p.m.

Fast service for drive thru with excellent customer service. My tenders were dry...but I havent had popeyes in quite a while. Maybe that's just how they are now..idk. otherwise, okay.
